Joseph M. Alberg, 33, of Cumberland handed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 8, 2021, at his residence.
He was the beloved son of Philip and Mary (Dunbar) Alberg and brother of Timothy Alberg of Warwick, Matthew Alberg of Warwick, Elizabeth, and Katherine Alberg, each of Cumberland.
Born in Windfall, he was a 2006 Graduate of Cumberland Excessive Faculty and a member of the Cumberland Excessive Faculty Band, the Jazz Band, and Refrain and Clef Singers.
Following commencement, he attended the College of Rhode Island the place he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Diploma in Music. Throughout his school profession, Joseph was a member of the URI Live performance Choir, Marching Band, and Wind Symphony.
Joe was an Elementary Music Trainer for the Cumberland Faculty Division the place he was beloved by the scholars and colleges at Ashton and Cumberland Hill Colleges. He was a member of the American Band of East Windfall for a number of years.
Along with his dad and mom, and siblings, he leaves his maternal grandmother, Josephine Dunbar of Cumberland; his paternal grandmother, Rebecca Alberg of Pawtucket; in addition to a number of aunts, uncles, cousins, and associates who will miss him dearly.
Kin and associates are kindly invited to Joe’s Life Celebration to be held with Visiting Hours on Monday, July 12, 2021, from 5 to eight pm, and proceed on Tuesday, July 13 2021 at 9 am within the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Street, Rt. 122, Cumberland.
Mass of Christian Burial can be held at 10 am within the St. Aidan Church, 1460 Diamond Hill Street, Cumberland.
Burial will comply with within the Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Cumberland.
